Hi, I’m Josephine. I was raised by the outdoors - muddy knees, pink sunsets, galloping horseback across sweeping downs, the smell of bonfire in my hair. 🍁🏇🌅
Then somehow, life became all about emails, spreadsheets, ‘success’ and endless scrolling.
Maybe you’ve found yourself there too - checking your emails the moment you wake, chasing deadlines, and drowning in to-do lists.
That’s where I was when I hit burnout and my mental health crashed. I knew I needed to make a change to heal myself.
I set about replacing doom scrolling and constant productivity with long rambling walks, cosy evenings by the glowing fire, and nourishing meals made with foraged ingredients.
Slowing down gave me space to breathe.
I reconnected with nature as my sanctuary, and rediscovered the quiet magic of a simpler life, one rooted in intention, slow rituals and time-worn traditions.
I call this living a wholesome life, and this is where I share mine as it unfolds.
Get cosy, curl up with a cuppa & enjoy.
Nature has seasons, but it doesn’t have a schedule.
As a recovering productivity-addict, I don’t have a posting schedule or strict rules about when I share.
Having said that, nature is an endless source of inspiration, so I’ll be popping up as and when I feel the pull to share wholesome moments with you.
Subscribe, for always-free seasonal reflections, gentle rituals and quiet moments in nature, to rewild your days, whatever season you find yourself in.
